Saleh AL-Samarrai (President) worked for a number of Consulting Engineering firms in the GTA prior to starting Tigris Engineering for numerous years . Saleh was with the Able Engineering  before starting his own consulting business, prior to that he was with Nadine International Consultants working on many projects for municipalities and OPG. Able engineering with focus much of their work on commercial and residential high rise condominiums around the greater Toronto area.

Zain Yassi (Vice President) worked for about 10 years as a technical sales engineer for Engineered Air since graduating from Ryerson university with a Bachelor of Engineering in the mechanical field before joining Tigris Engineering in 2015. During his employment he worked on many residential, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, educational and institutional projects. Zain Yassi joined the firm as a vice president and director of operations.
